Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Shipping & Fulfillment Partners

Love2WearScrubs works with trusted third-party fulfillment and logistics providers to process and ship customer orders.

As a result, some products may be shipped from international warehouses depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping availability may vary by country or region due to customs regulations, carrier restrictions, or logistical limitations.

If your location is not supported at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill orders to that destination at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations

Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, weather disruptions, carrier delays, or international transportation issues.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the applicable shipping charges on the checkout page before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided whenever available. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

In some cases, tracking updates may temporarily pause while packages are in international transit or customs processing.

Delayed Shipments

Orders may occasionally experience delays during transit. In accordance with our fulfillment partner policies, delayed shipments may be reviewed after the following estimated periods:

  • US orders: after approximately 30 days from the shipment date
  • International orders: after approximately 45 days from the shipment date

Certain shipping methods or destinations may require longer review periods due to customs or logistics conditions.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

Love2WearScrubs is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Refused deliveries

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or related fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

If applicable, any estimated duties or taxes may be visible at checkout before you complete your order.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability, product sourcing locations, or shipping methods.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within:

  • 5 days of delivery for standard products
  • 10 days of delivery for electronic or specialty items

To help us review the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
